• your username in the game
• approximate time error occurred
• what you were doing at the time (e.g., entering a zone, playing ShredSled, etc.)
• Your OPERATING SYSTEM and BROWSER with versions
• Hardware specs, if known: E.g., Intel-based Mac Book Pro, etc.
